Swine Flu Symptoms and Protection Tips

We have all heard recently about the Swine Flu virus, which is a mix between the Pig flu, Avian flu, and the regular old human flu. This infection is really causing allot of fear in the world right now, especially in North America. The bug is proving to be very difficult for the World Health Organization to isolate, stressing out Americans, Canadians, and Mexicans as we know it. Well today I decided to search around the internet and look for possible symptoms that may lead to someone being infected by the virus, and also found some tips to help in preventing infection from it. Remember, I’m no health care professional so it’s best to seek information from your doctor or medical professional.

The first, and only known symptom that is really worrying people is that at first it shows no difference in comparison to any other flu bug. Ex) Heightened fever temperature, respiration difficulties (coughing, sourness in chest etc), weakness in joints, stomach aches and pains, and overall sourness. I know most of you were expecting a unique symptom but the fact is that there hasn’t been one found yet, or at least from what the public is shown.

There are a few ways in which you can protect yourself from the bug also:

  • Wash your hands
  • Stay away from the epicenter of the outbreak(Mexico and the Southern United States).
  • Watching where your food products are being imported from.
  • Keeping interaction to people who’ve traveled to Mexico recently to a minimum.
  • You can also purchase this Swine Flu Safety Kit from Amazon as an extra precaution.

People who show symptoms of this contagious virus are being asked to seek help immediately from their disease control centers, along with other medical stations based throughout your country.
