Information on Ping.fm!

A new website has recently surfaced called Ping.fm. This website allows you to update a handful of social networking websites including Bebo, Blogger, BrightKnight, Facebook, hi5, Jaiku, Linkedin, Live Journal, Mashable, Myspace, Plaxo Pulse, Plurk, Pownce, Tumbler, Twitter, and Xanga.

Some features that are useful with Ping.fm include the ability to update all of your statuses using an Instant Messaging client like Gtalk, Aol, Iphone, and of course other wireless devices. This is much the same as Twitter except for the fact that Ping’s actually works.

Although this website is in the Beta stages it has already recieved a good amount of attention. It has even caught the eye of the tech enthusiast Chris Pirillo, and other popular people in the technology community.
